Marketing Strategy + Direction Session

The Strategy + Direction Session gives the opportunity to understand where you’re at in your business now and develop ways to implement strategic change in your architecture, design or creative studio into the future.

In this collaborative 2hr session we look at:

  • where your business is currently

  • where you want to be three to five years from now

  • identify your market

  • prioritise goals

  • creates actions you can manage in-house

At the conclusion, you will receive notes and recommendations to start implementing across your business and marketing activities.

Marketing + Brand Strategy Workshop

The Marketing + Brand Strategy Workshop takes a deep dive into your architecture, design or creative studio. We identify your audience and client groups, establish business goals and create a marketing + brand strategy.

In this collaborative 4 hr workshop (can be delivered over 2 x 2hr sessions) with you and your team we:

  • create a clear vision, mission and values of your brand

  • undertake a market analysis

  • understand your audience

  • uncover client touch points

  • identify business goals

  • prioritise actions.

At conclusion, you will receive a recommendations report and marketing plan to implement over 6-12 months. This can be self-implemented in house, or we can manage this on your behalf.

Business Development Strategy Session

The Business Development Strategy workshop uncovers the unique position of your architecture, design or creative studio.

During this collaborative 2hr workshop we will work with you and your team to:

  • understand your current strategy

  • identify goals for business development

  • understand and prioritise your target audience

  • uncover why your business exists and what sets you apart from your competitors.

At conclusion, you will receive a business development strategy and plan to implement over 6-12 months. This can be self-implemented in house, or we can manage this on your behalf.

Quarterly marketing direction, accountability, architects, designers, creatives, markedly

Quarterly Marketing Direction Sessions

The quarterly marketing direction sessions keep you and your team accountable in delivering your marketing in-house at your architecture, design or creative studio.

In the initial 2 hr session, we focus on the foundations of your marketing by understanding your business, establishing goals and prioritising actions. Each quarter thereafter, we will spend 1.5hrs with you to:

  • Assess what is and isn’t working against your goals

  • Adapt direction accordingly to keep you on track

  • Identify key milestones, important dates and activities in the next quarter

  • Assess challenges and give guidance to overcome them

  • Set an action plan and key accountabilities for the next quarter

To maintain consistency, we will also complete a half-hour accountability call in the middle month of each quarter. Think of this as a check in – not a check on your homework! We’re available to answer any questions you may have and provide further clarity and direction if needed.

 

 

Content Marketing

Content marketing is a strategy used to establish expertise, promote brand awareness, and keep your creative business front of mind across various marketing platforms. By creating and sharing relevant articles, images, videos, podcasts, and more you can build strong relationships with your audience and grow your business.

We work with architects, designers and creatives to develop content ideas and create a plan for you and your team to implement. The Content Planning Package ensures you know what, where and when to post across your social media platforms and website, with a monthly check-in to help you stay on track.

The package includes:

  • 1hr bi-monthly content meeting

  • Bi-monthly plan of posts across
    your social media platforms

  • Monthly check-in to stay on track
    (1 hour in person / phone / zoom)

Social Media Management

Social media can become the last job on your list when you already have a lot on your plate. Our Social Media Management service gives architects, designers and creates the peace of mind that content is being planned, scheduled and posted on brand and to the right audience, giving you more time to focus on your day-to-day workload.

  • Manage monthly posts across chosen platform/s

We work with architects, designers and creatives to identify key knowledge areas and create articles that boost your design and creative expertise to reach your target audience. These can be hosted on your website and shared on your chosen marketing or social platforms as part of your overall marketing strategy.
